On the night of the operation, two pieces are taken together. On the first morning of the operation, two pieces are taken for breakfast. On the first day of the operation, one at dinner and one the next morning is taken. Turkish bath, sauna and sports activities should be avoided for 1 month.

Painkillers

It is only appropriate to take it in cases of pain and ache (such as head and neck pain) after the operation.
